Delivered in the same condition as when moving in

According to many leases, the tenant must hand over the home in the same condition as when moving in – or in “normally restored” condition. In practice, this often means that floors that are worn, scratched or stained must be treated before you can hand over the keys.

We offer several types of floor treatments

Full floor sanding / floor planing
If the floor is very worn or has deep scratches, a full floor sanding may be necessary. We remove 2–4 mm of the surface and finish with lacquer, oil or soap – depending on the floor type and requirements. The result is an even, neat and almost like new floor.

This treatment requires professional equipment and experience – and we have just that!

Light floor sanding
If the floor has only minor traces of use, a light sanding may be enough. It is a gentle treatment where we only remove the top layer and refresh the appearance without wearing down the wood unnecessarily. Perfect for newer apartments or as a preventive lift before the vision.

Landlords often prefer light sanding because it preserves the life of the floor – and you save money at the same time.

Varnishing and oiling
After sanding, we recommend a suitable finish. We offer both varnishing for a strong and durable surface or oiling, which gives a natural finish and makes the floor easy to maintain. The choice depends on your home’s style, use and the landlord’s preferences.
